Upload Excel file
Flightmap supports uploading Excel files with extensions. Before an Excel file can be uploaded one or more templates must be configured. A template is a definition of which Flightmap variable is listed in the columns of the Excel file. When you want to upload an Excel file choose in the main menu Hub / Upload Excel file the template for which you want to upload the file (figure 1).
Figure 1: Upload an excel file After selecting the template you can select the 'Select to upload' button. There you are prompted to choose the file to upload.
Figure 2: Upload selection button After you clicked the button 'Upload data file' Flightmap will check the uploaded Excel file for projects that do not exist in Flightmap. When these missing projects are found you get the option to create them (figure 3).
